We know Geurie is a great place to live & visit.

We wanted to finish 2025 sharing beautiful images of Geurie & surrounds - celebrating Christmas.

We ran a competition from 24 November until 23 December 2025, and the competition rules were:

1. Decorate your home, farm gate or letterbox in Christmas cheer
2. Take a photo of your decorations and send your picture/s via the Geurie Facebook page (link here) or Geurie_NSW Instagram page (link here)
3. Follow @geurie_nsw on Instagram or our “Geurie” page on Facebook
4. Let us share your photo via @geurie_nsw (Instagram) and Geurie (Facebook) - (we won’t share your address or name)
5. Submit your entry before 5pm Tuesday 23 December 2025

The prize for the winner is a $800 gift certificate to spend at one, some or all of the following Geurie businesses:

> Announcement of the winner = Christmas Eve.

A total prize pack of $800.00 was awarded to the competition winner (Jorgia Scott), who chose to have a $800.00 gift voucher to spend at the Geurie based art gallery of Jacinta Haycock.

We know Jorgia was under a bit of pressure to have some of her hard-earned prize winning applied to a few beers at the Mitchell Inn… so we will through in a few schooners for Ben Robinson as well. Congratulations - the effort you poured into your entry was amazing.
